By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by and comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein, as well as the regulations and implementing rules of the relevant government authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the General Commission for Audiovisual Media (GCAM) and the Ministry of Commerce. Your access to and use of this application is subject to the following terms of use and the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, your access to this application and its services constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms of use, whether or not you are a registered user. Such acceptance shall be effective upon your first use of this application.

Any amendment to these terms and conditions shall take effect immediately upon update, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of this application constitutes full acceptance of such amendment.

4. Consent to Publication of Recordings: You consent to the publication of recordings containing your image, voice, videos, and contributions.

5. The user and subscriber expressly consent to the capture, recording, reproduction, republication, and use of their name and likeness in any manner in all promotional, educational, or other media derived from their attendance and participation in any form of use of the Site.

Article 7: Site Access and Scope of Use

1. Access to the Site: The Service Provider reserves the right to block or restrict your access to certain pages of the website if you violate any provision of this Agreement. The Service Provider may amend these terms of use at any time without prior notice. Amended terms of use take effect upon publication on our website. When the Service Provider offers installation of terminal devices or other communications equipment, users must permit persons authorized by the Service Provider to enter buildings or sites occupied or controlled by the user and remain on such sites to the extent reasonably necessary for the following purposes: (1) performing any repair or inspection work required for such equipment, software, or other tools associated with providing a particular service to the user; (2) installing, withdrawing, removing, maintaining, or replacing any communications equipment and tools on-site to provide the service to the user. We may also collect information sent by your browser when you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device.

Article 17: Compensation for Violations

  • You acknowledge and agree that if violations or complaints from your side are repeated, compensation shall be due for each complaint and each violation independently.

  • If you submit any complaints, whether vexatious or otherwise, or reports, you acknowledge compensation to The Certain Way Company in the amount of five million Saudi Riyals (SAR 5,000,000) in addition to all litigation fees.

Article 18: General Terms

  • Arabic is the primary language for use of the Site and benefit from all materials published therein.
  • The Site includes numerous electronic participation tools such as forums, polls, comments, blogs, voting systems, personal contributions, SMS, telephony services, and services via our proprietary or third-party applications. By using them, you agree to their terms in addition to the terms and conditions on this Site.
  • Site management has drafted a set of standards and restrictions regarding use of electronic participation to maximize the benefit of electronic participation principles. Your access to the Site constitutes full acceptance of these standards and restrictions.
  • If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of use, please do not use the website or any services provided; use without reading shall have no effect.

Violation thereof entitles the compensation stated above.
  • You acknowledge and agree to refrain from periodic or repeated correspondence (broadcasts), greetings, or contact lists by any electronic means. Violation thereof entitles compensation under Article 17 for each violation.
  • This Agreement does not terminate on a fixed date but continues and renews automatically between the parties.
  • This Agreement applies to all parties and their lawful heirs.
  • The Site owner and Service Provider have the right to investigate the user where there is suspicion of violation of any provision, term, or condition of this contract, and to investigate and inquire into information; where a right exists, it may be proven before competent authorities and all necessary legal actions may be taken as deemed important or necessary by legal counsel.
  • By using the Site, subscribing, interacting, or both, you grant absolute right to record your voice, image, videos, contributions, questions, and answers, and the right to broadcast and publish them, and you irrevocably waive any claims relating thereto.
